These terms apply to every booking made through the Tourismo booking platform. By making a booking, the Client accepts them in full. Items in [square brackets] must be completed or confirmed before publishing.
1.1 The platform is operated by [Tourismo legal company name], registered in Georgia under identification code [ID code], with its registered address at 7 Ts. Dadiani Street, Office 524, Tbilisi 0101, Georgia ("Tourismo", "we", "us").
1.2 Tourismo supplies hotel accommodation and related travel services in Georgia to travel professionals. The platform is intended for B2B use by registered travel agencies, tour operators and other travel companies only.
1.3 Tourismo may update these terms at any time. The version published on the platform at the time of booking applies to that booking.
3.1 A booking is binding once the platform issues a Booking Confirmation. No further reconfirmation from the Client is needed.
3.2 Bookings marked "on request" are not confirmed until Tourismo sends a Booking Confirmation. Until then, the Client has no guarantee of availability or price.
3.3 The Client must check all details on each Booking Confirmation, amendment and cancellation, including names, dates, room type, board basis and number of Guests. Errors must be reported to Tourismo immediately. We cannot guarantee that corrections made later will be possible.
3.4 The Client is responsible for cancelling any booking it no longer needs. Duplicate bookings made by mistake may incur Hotel charges for each confirmed booking.
3.5 The Client is responsible for the actions of its own staff and for all bookings made with its login details. The Client must keep its login details secure and tell Tourismo immediately about any unauthorised use.
4.1 Rates are shown per room, for the full stay, in the currency displayed on the platform. The price is fixed once the booking is confirmed.
4.2 Rates include only the services listed in the booking. Anything not listed is not included and is paid by the Guest directly to the Hotel before departure, for example extra meals, minibar, laundry and telephone.
4.3 Rates include VAT where it applies. Unless the platform states otherwise, local tourist taxes or resort fees are not included and are paid by the Guest at the Hotel.
4.4 If a government introduces or changes a tax after confirmation, Tourismo may adjust the price of bookings whose stay has not yet started.
4.5 Rates are net rates for Client use only. The Client sets its own selling price to Guests and must not publicly advertise Tourismo net rates.
4.6 A rate that is clearly incorrect because of a technical or human error will not be honoured. Tourismo will offer the Client the booking at the correct rate or a full refund.
5.1 [Choose one] All monthly Bookings are paid no later than 25th of the following month. Clients with an approved credit agreement pay according to that agreement.
5.2 Accepted payment methods are bank transfers. Bank charges are paid by the Client, and Tourismo must receive the full invoiced amount.
5.3 If payment is not received by the deadline, Tourismo may cancel the upcoming booking. Any cancellation charges that apply under section 7 will be due.
5.4 Invoices are issued in USD. Payment disputes must be raised in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.
6.1 Amendments to dates, room type, names or the number of Guests depend on availability and may change the price. An amendment is valid only once Tourismo confirms it.
7.1 Every booking has its own cancellation policy. The policy is shown on the platform before booking and on the Booking Confirmation. That policy is binding.
7.2 Cancellations must be made through the platform or in writing to bookings01@tourismo.ge. The cancellation time is the time Tourismo receives it, in Georgian time (GMT+4).
7.3 Rates marked "non-refundable" cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.
7.4 If the Guest does not arrive on the arrival date without cancelling in time (a no-show), 100% of the booking price is charged. The Hotel may release the remaining nights.
7.5 No refund is given for early departure, late arrival or services that were not used.
7.6 During the high season, festivals, major events and holidays, stricter cancellation policies may apply. These are shown at the time of booking.
8.1 The Hotel delivers the accommodation and services and is responsible for their quality and safety.
8.2 If a Hotel cannot provide a confirmed booking, Tourismo will try to arrange alternative accommodation of the same or a higher standard. We will look in the same Hotel first, then nearby, at no extra cost to the Client. If no alternative is available, Tourismo will refund the amount paid for the services that were not provided.
8.3 Standard check-in time is usually 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00, unless the Hotel states otherwise. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may be charged.
8.4 Guests must follow the Hotel's rules. The Hotel may ask for a deposit or a credit card guarantee at check-in for extra charges. The Guest is responsible for any damage they cause.
9.1 Hotel descriptions, star ratings and facilities come from the Hotels. Tourismo makes reasonable efforts to keep them accurate. Ratings follow local standards and may differ from other countries.
9.2 Photos give a general idea of the Hotel. They may not show the exact room allocated.
9.3 Special requests are passed to the Hotel but are not guaranteed and are not part of the booking. Examples are a high floor, connecting rooms, a view or a cot. Rooms adapted for Guests with reduced mobility are always on request.
10.1 Guests must report any problem to the Hotel's reception immediately, so the Hotel can fix it during the stay. If it is not resolved, the Client must contact Tourismo straight away at +995 322 42 35 84 / bookings01@tourismo.ge.
10.2 Written complaints must reach Tourismo within [30] days after check-out, with supporting evidence such as photos and correspondence with the Hotel.
10.3 Tourismo will investigate with the Hotel and reply within [21] days of receiving the complaint.
10.4 Complaints not reported on site, or received after the deadline, may limit or remove the right to compensation.
10.5 If the Guest changes Hotel voluntarily without Tourismo's written approval, the Guest pays all the costs.
11.1 Tourismo is responsible for processing bookings correctly. The Hotel is responsible for the accommodation and services it provides. Tourismo is not responsible for the acts, omissions or negligence of Hotels or other third-party suppliers.
11.2 Tourismo's total liability for any booking is limited to the price paid for that booking.
11.3 Tourismo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, loss of business or damage to reputation.
11.4 The Client is responsible for giving Guests correct booking information. The Client must also tell Guests about passport, visa, health and insurance requirements. Tourismo strongly recommends that Guests have travel insurance.
11.5 Where the Client sells the accommodation as part of a package, the Client is responsible for its obligations to the traveller under the package travel laws that apply to it.
12.1 Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control. Examples are natural disasters, epidemics, war, unrest, government action, strikes, and major failures of utilities or the internet. This does not cancel payment obligations for services already provided.
12.2 In a force majeure event, neither Tourismo nor the Hotel is obliged to pay the Client or Guests any compensation. Tourismo will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodation or dates. Any refund is limited to the amount Tourismo actually recovers from the Hotel for services not provided.
13.1 Tourismo processes Guest and Client personal data only to manage bookings, and shares it only with the Hotels and service providers involved. We do this in line with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and our [Privacy Policy link].
13.2 The Client confirms that it has the right to give Tourismo the Guests' personal data for this purpose.
The Client confirms that it, its owners and its Guests are not subject to international sanctions. The Client also agrees not to use the platform in breach of sanctions or anti-money-laundering laws. Tourismo may refuse or cancel bookings that break this rule.
Tourismo may suspend or close a Client's account for unpaid amounts, misuse of the platform, fraud, or breach of these terms. Confirmed bookings remain payable.
16.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
16.2 The parties will first try to settle any dispute through negotiation. If that fails, the dispute will be decided by the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
16.3 If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.
